By accessing or using NecroBoost ("we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Service, regardless of how they access it.

NecroBoost provides the following Dota 2 related services:

• MMR (Matchmaking Rating) boosting — playing on your account to increase your rank
• Behavior Score recovery — improving your in-game conduct score
• Seasonal calibration boosting — maximizing placement match results
• Party boosting — playing alongside you in your matches
• Coaching — 1-on-1 educational sessions with high-ranked players
• Express boosting — priority completion of any of the above services

All services are provided by skilled third-party players contracted by NecroBoost. We do not guarantee any specific outcome beyond our stated completion targets, as game results may vary due to factors outside our control.

For solo boosting services, you grant NecroBoost temporary access to your Dota 2 / Steam account. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the legitimate owner of the account provided
• You will not log in to your account while a boost is in progress unless our team confirms it is safe to do so
• You will not share your account credentials with anyone other than NecroBoost for the purposes of the service
• You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from sharing account access, including but not limited to account bans or restrictions imposed by Valve Corporation
• NecroBoost will treat your account credentials with strict confidentiality and will never share them with unauthorized parties

All prices displayed on the website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed via the platform before any payment is collected. By making a payment, you agree to the price shown on your order.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), and other methods agreed upon via platform chat
• All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed
• Express service surcharges (+30%) apply in addition to the base price
• Party boost discounts (30% off) are applied automatically to applicable orders

We stand behind the quality of our services and offer the following refund guarantees:

• Full refund — if we are unable to begin your order within 24 hours of payment (48 hours for express) due to booster unavailability
• Full refund — if we fail to complete your order for any reason attributable to NecroBoost
• Partial refund — proportional to the uncompleted portion, if partial progress was made before an inability to complete
• No refund — if you provided incorrect account credentials, changed your password during an active boost, or violated these Terms
• No refund — for completed services, regardless of subsequent MMR changes due to your own gameplay

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion or failure via our platform support chat.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information when placing an order (incorrect MMR, behavior score, region, etc.)
• Charge back or reverse payments after services have been rendered
• Attempt to defraud, scam, or deceive NecroBoost or its boosters
• Share, resell, or distribute our services without explicit written permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any NecroBoost staff or booster
• Use information obtained from NecroBoost for any unlawful purpose

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your order without refund and a permanent ban from our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NecroBoost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of your Dota 2 account, rank, or items due to Valve enforcement action
• Any decline in MMR resulting from your own gameplay after service completion
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any damage arising from unauthorized access to your account outside of the agreed service window

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly via our platform support chat to seek an informal resolution. We aim to respond to all disputes within 48 hours.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against NecroBoost.

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of NecroBoost after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
