• Steam credentials: username and password provided for solo boost orders (AES-256 encrypted, deleted on order completion)
• Communication data: messages sent through our in-app chat
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, device type, and browser information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Process and complete your orders
• Communicate with you about your order status
• Authenticate your identity and maintain account security
• Improve our services and website experience
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

For orders requiring account access, your Steam credentials are:

• Encrypted using AES-256 before storage
• Accessible only to the specific booster assigned to your order
• Automatically marked inactive when your order is completed or cancelled
• Never shared with any third party other than your assigned booster

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion
• Order data: retained for 2 years for dispute resolution purposes
• Steam credentials: access is revoked immediately upon order completion or cancellation
• Chat messages: retained for 1 year

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our platform support chat.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences (such as theme and currency settings). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may use anonymized analytics to understand how users interact with our website. This data does not identify individual users.
